• For Pets & People portraits:  8 x 8 or Larger.  
• All other pieces have many, many size options.  We can talk about what will fit your space the best.

• The rate will vary per piece.  Contact me for price.  Every piece is different.
• Minimum rate is $50, again, contact for price.
• Pet Portraits begin at $100.
• Tax and shipping are NOT included in price and will be listed on the invoice. 
• Shipping insurance IS included.
• Local delivery is available. 
• Other shipping options are available.  Shipping rates may vary. 
• Special requests may incur additional fees.

• Generally, two or three weeks.  
• Shipping times will vary and are not guaranteed. 
• Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, or UPS. 
• Other options are available.  Just ask!
• In a rush? Faster turnaround times may be available for an additional fee. 
• If you are thinking of a holiday gift - commission your piece as early as possible.

A great sketch starts with a great photo. Here are a few tips:

• For Pets & People:  Be on their level to capture their expression. 
• Good lighting. Minimal shadows. 
• More than one photo can be submitted for the same face, but only one photo can be referenced as the primary portrait photo.

• Choose a great photo.
• Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
• This is where you can send an email with your name and pet photo.
• You will receive a response, confirmation and answers to any questions.
• After the photo is reviewed and your questions have been answered, a link for the invoice and payment options will be emailed to you.  
• THESE ARE NOT DIGITAL PRINTS — Portraits are hand sketched and painted. 
• Generally, the portrait will ship in about two to three weeks.
• Completion time may vary depending on current order volume.
• If you are ordering more than one portrait - please fill out the Contact Form below for each portrait individually.  
• One invoice can be generated for the entire order.

• Unfortunately, custom items are nonrefundable. 
• Please communicate with me if you are unhappy with your piece so that we can try to find a resolution together.

• Shipping insurance is included with every order.
• If the item is damaged in shipping, an insurance claim would need to be filed by you to the shipping service.  
• Any necessary documentation required by the shipper can be provided to you to help assist in your claim against the shipper for receiving the damaged goods.  
• Retain all packaging for the duration of your claim as they may require you to turn it in.
